Will I still hear my alarm?

Yes you will hear your alarm. The earplugs reduce noise levels, they don’t completely silence everything.

Are they comfortable for side sleepers?

Yes they are perfect for side sleepers, as they are soft and comfortable.

Are the earplugs BPA free?

All elements of our products are BPA free, non toxic and hypoallergenic. Being in such close contact with the skin, it is of upmost priority that we eliminate the use of any harmful substances in our products.

How often do you recommend cleaning them?

A good clean every 4/5 days is sufficient. If you feel they’re losing their grip then a quick clean will freshen them up.

Do the silicone earplugs maintain their shape when applied to my ear?

These earplugs are soft and when warmed in the hand they become very pliable and mould to your ear. Once you have pushed them into your ear they maintain their shape and create a seal to reduce noise.

My earplugs wont seal?

This can be due to a use of hand moisturiser when moulding the earplugs to your ear. We recommend your hands and ears are clean of any oily moisturiser prior to application.

Do the silicone earplugs have to be remolded every time?

Yes they do, however it is a very quick and simple process. When warmed slightly in the hand, the earplugs are soft enough to form the shape of your ear canal surround, this requires pressing the earplug and flattening to create a good seal which will last all night if done correctly.

Can you resize the silicone earplugs?

Yes you can. Simply tear off a piece to reach the desired size and discard the small tear off.

Do the silicone earplugs expand in your ear?

These earplugs do not expand, they are soft and mouldable to your individual ear shape. This ensures a comfortable fit and helps the earplugs to stay in place for prolonged periods of time.
